Q.How do I purchase an eBook?
A. 1. Login your account.
2. Add the desired eBook title to your bag.
3. Click the
"My Bag" button located at the top of the page.
4. On your
"My Bag," you may review the list of your order/s. To remove a specific eBook title, click
"Remove Item."
5. Then, click the
"Check out" button.
6. Pay your order using your preferred payment method.
7. Then, click the
"Place Order." button.
Q.How do I avail Subscription?
A. 1. Login your account.
2. Click the
"Profile" button located at the bottom left of your screen.
3. Click the
"Subscription" button.
4. On your
"Subscription," you can choose any Subscription Plan you want.
5. Once done choosing, tap the
"Select Subscription".
6. Pay your Subscription Plan using your preferred payment method.
7. Then, tap the
"Subscribe Now" button.
Q.How long does it take to process my order?
A. Your order will be processed automatically as long as you have enough Credits on your account for the eBook that you purchased.
Q.I've already purchased an eBook. Where do I find it? How do I read it?
A. You can view your purchased eBook on your Website Library. For downloading and reading, you must:
1. Install the
eBooklat to your device.
2. Login your account credentials to the app reader
(username and password).
3. Click
"Download" to see the available eBooks.
4. Tap the cover photo of the eBook to download it. A progress bar will indicate you're downloading the eBook.
5. Go to Library and start reading.
Q.How many devices can my account accommodate simultaneously?
A. Your account can be used to login up to 4 devices.
Q.Can I delete the eBooks in my app reader library? Can I restore the deleted eBooks?
A. Yes, you can delete the eBooks in your app library by tapping the specific eBook (long pressed) then click
"Remove." In case you want to restore the eBook just go to
"Downloadable" in your app reader for re-downloading (
internet connection needed).
Q.Is it possible to request all the copies of the eBooks that I purchased from your old Website?
A. Yes, send your request to
info@preciouspages.com.ph. Please note that adding eBooks to your account will takes time
(include your username and registered email address when making a request).
Q.Do I need to be online to read the eBooks in my app library?
A. No. You can always read the eBook as long as you have completely downloaded it to your app library.
Q.I am looking for specific a title of a Precious Hearts Romances novels, and the payment methods from your website are not available in my area. Can I make a request to add either of them on your Website?
